• “The gun doggy” Brittany – Original 2004 This was actually my first colored pencil drawing, which was done in a class I took from the extraordinary and award winning colored pencil artist, Toni Mendina. The subject is of my first hunting dog, an excellent pure bred Brittany named Gunnar. He has such a distinguished look and the expression on his face is priceless. We are inseparable buds, so he was by my side many times as I created this piece. This piece remains in my private collection and is not for sale.
