• “Cruising the Birch” – Original 2003 This pencil sketch of a Ruffed Grouse flying through the Birch trees was created specifically for a poster that was used to announce the upcoming 3rd Annual UP Ruffed Grouse Banquet. Once the sketch was complete it was scanned into the computer where the lettering for the poster were added. The completed poster was given to the committee members to put up. The original sketch was then matted and framed in barn wood and given as a donation to be sold at the banquet. This piece sold at the banquet for $75.00 and was purchased along with the “Strutting” Grouse mount that was also a donation.
