• “After the Hunt I” – Original 2003 I had this idea for a while and finally decided it was time to create it. The backdrop is part of an old bard door with a piece of barn board used as a shelf. Hanging from a rusty old nail is a beautiful male Pheasant that I took on a hunt with my dog, Gunnar. The only thing I would add to this composition is some antiques, such as a shell box and a tobacco tin. This piece was immediately sold to the first person who saw it, it went for $200.
