• Largemouth Bass – Painted Original 1990 The Largemouth Bass, this was and still is one of my brothers and mine favorite fish to go after. Throwing the spinner baits into the rushes, just waiting for one to come out and hammer it. This piece was carved from a piece Tupelo wood, with the side and pectoral fins were inserted later. The completed piece was painted with an airbrush using water acrylic paints. The overall length of the fish was approximately 16 plus inches in length. The fish was then mounted to a piece of driftwood, a little simple but depicts the territory that the Largemouth Bass roams. This piece sold for $600.
