Once the project has been discussed and agreed upon, an estimate for the cost of the commissioned work will be given. If the decision is made to pursue the project then a final proposal complete with sketches will be put together for a small proposal research fee. The fee will be subtracted from the down payment (50% of the total cost) due at the time that the contract is signed by both parties. The final payment is due upon completion. |
